A San Diego native, Michelle Bartolone-Harty grew up in the hospitality industry working in sales & marketing for various hotel chains and then working for Agouron Pharmaceuticals managing their meetings & events. In 2000, she leveraged her industry knowledge and global network to launch Meeting Sites Pro, Inc. Since then, she has founded a second company, SM Squared, earned her CMP and a CMP-HC (CMP with a sub-specialty in Health Care Compliance), and continues to be a respected industry leader and speaker. Michelle is passionate about business and exceeding client expectations. She has instilled these values in her team that supports a diverse client base from small companies to large corporations. In 2018, she married her partner of more than 20 years and moved to Naples, Florida where she enjoy walks on the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, and listening to live music.
